Membership Information There are 5 different levels of membership in the American Polish Lowland Sheepdog Club. Full Membership: Individuals who are at least 18 years old and own or co-own a Polish Lowland Sheepdog. Annual fee: $40 (Dues received after October 1st would carry over to include the following year’s membership) Junior Membership: Indivduals who are 10-17 years old Annual fee: $40 (Dues received after October 1st would carry over to include the following year’s membership) Household Membership: Households with 2 or more individuals who own or co-own a Polish Lowland sheepdog Annual fee: $60 (Dues received after October 1st would carry over to include the following year’s membership) Newsletter Subscription: Individuals who do not own a PON, but wish to receive the newsletter Annual Fee: $40 (Dues received after October 1st would carry over to include the following year’s membership) Foreign Membership: Individuals living outside the US Annual Fee: $50 (Dues received after October 1st would carry over to include the following year’s membership) For more details about club membership email Pam Siehr To renew your current membership, click here APONC Renewal Form To get a new membership application, click here APONC Membership Application
